Shipping to the United States and Canada is completely FREE of charge and comes with a tracking number.
At this time, MyMetanoia.co only ships to the United States and Canada.
More importantly, we only ship directly from the US, so you don't have to worry about international shipping and long wait times.
Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to be processed before being shipped out.
Once shipped out, orders will typically arrive within 2-5 days as orders are shipped from different warehouse locations across the US.
Shipping times are an estimate and are calculated AFTER the order has been processed. Please allow an extra 5 working days from the delivery schedule outlined above before contacting us about the delivery status of your package in case of carrier delays. Rest assured that we will work with you until you receive your order.
You'll receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped out. Please allow at least 48 hours after an order has been shipped for tracking details to register on the system.
Please check to make sure you entered the correct email address when placing your order. We offer a 30 day money back guarantee if you're not satisfied with your order. Alternatively, we can also send out a replacement if there is a problem with the product you received.
If you no longer want your order for any reason whatsoever, you can return the order to us for a full refund excluding any return shipping costs.
We strive for a 100% satisfaction shopping experience, if there are any issues at all please get in touch with us and we will endeavor to resolve any problems or queries that may arise.
CUSTOM PRINTS: The ONLY exception to our refund policy is with custom prints. Any custom items are made to order and are therefore not refundable. Please ensure that you order the correct size (size guides are provided) as we can not accept returns on any custom prints including but not limited to: T-Shirts, Hoodies, Leggings & Shoes.
Yes! If you contact us within 24 hours we can change your order once you provide us with the correct address. Otherwise, we do not accept responsibility for wrong addresses. Please enter your address carefully at checkout.
